Edgar A. Lampert
Edgar A. Lampert is Vice Chairman of The Georgetown Company, a privately held real estate and financial services company with interests in real estate development, ownership, financing, and asset management.
He is a Trustee, and a member of the Executive Committee, of the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and a member of the trustees’ council of the Preservation League of New York State. He formerly served as President of the Board of the New York Landmarks Conservancy and President of the New York City Housing Partnership.
Mr. Lampert graduated magna cum laude with high honors in political science from Colgate University. After receiving his B.A. in 1962, he attended NYU, earning his LL.B. in 1965 and his LL.M. one year later.
