Benjamin D. Wolf
Benjamin D. Wolf is a Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where he oversees the firm’s wealth management business in the Southern Cone of Latin America (Chile, Argentina and Uruguay).
Prior to joining Brown Brothers in November 2015, he worked in Santiago, Chile for six years, most recently at BTG Pactual, the largest independent investment bank and asset manager in Latin America, where he focused on capital markets transactions, private equity transactions and business development. Mr. Wolf initially relocated to Chile to work for Celfin Capital, an investment bank and asset management firm acquired by BTG Pactual in 2012. Prior to joining Celfin Capital, he was an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP in New York, where he worked on corporate finance transactions in Latin America and the United States. Before Simpson, he clerked for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Argentina.
Mr. Wolf is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the Americas Society and the New York Bar Association. He received a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan. A native New Yorker, Mr. Wolf lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
