“Women in UC: Current Advances and Challenges” is the topic that brought together the university community in the fifth version of UC Dialoga. This year, the participants reflected on the following discussion table topics: How to Advance in Equity; Chile: The cultural Change We Want; Training and Preparation for Leadership; Perspectives on the Development of Women in UC; and Women, Sexual Abuse and Violence.
The UC Dialoga project was born in 2014 from a simple but unusual idea: bringing together professors, students, administrators, professionals and alumni around a table to share different perspectives. All the reflection that arises from the dialogue is collected in a report, which is delivered to the Senior Management, and becomes an important input for decision making.
