The School of Psychology maintains a Center for Mental Health in association with the Department of Psychiatry of the School of Medicine, which is part of the University Health Network.
To promote its diverse lines of research and ongoing projects, the School of Psychology publishes the Psykhe journal. Founded in 1992, this periodical publishes empirical and theoretical work in Spanish and English.
The School of History, Geography and Political Science was founded in 1982. Its objective is to study, analyze and comprehend the historical, territorial, and political phenomena that allow a better understanding of the human being. The School also maintains the Center of Asian Studies and the Atacame Desert Center. The School has three publications incorporated in ISI and Scielo: The Geography Journal, RCP, and The History Journal.
